  1. Not really a fan of PS5 owners taking a deuce on PS4 games now that they have a ps5. A good game is a good game……it doesn't matter what platform you are going to play it on. Is it better on PS5, of course, but that is to be expected for a brand new console. Days Gone is a great underrated game that had a lot of issues at launch that have been ironed out since and is worth playing on whatever PLAYSTATION console you have.

Oddworld is a great value add for PS5 owners and something I recommend ps4 owners to download especially if they plan to upgrade. Zombie Army is not my cup of tea but I imagine anything played with a friend can be good. All and all, solid month, will definitely be giving Oddworld a chance since its in free with my subscription and as always if its any good will definitely buy it since I know how subscription service models work and I don't like the idea of relying on a service for my games.

  2. I bought days gone a month after it released got about halfway through and lost interests cuz the missions are all uninteresting. Mission types are like Kill a rival group , get rid of zombie nest etc.

  3. Unfortunately it will be hard to get either console for ALL of 2021. Even into the beginning of 2022. I'm being dead serious here. The problem is that most of these chips are only made by a single manufacturer. That being TSMC in Taiwan. The massive problem is that so many companies rely on this single manufacturer. No one else has the advanced process other than TSMC.

It's not just PS5's that are impossible to get. All of the PC graphics cards are made there. You cannot even buy a graphics card unless you are willing to spend WAY above MSRP.
This chip shortage is so bad that automobile manufacturers are having to stop production on new cars because they cannot continue the production because they don't have the computer chips needed for new vehicles. That's how absolutely retarded this chip shortage is. It's really, really bad.
    All of 2021 is screwed.

  4. As someone that has both, I am so glad that I got a XSX, cuz the ps5 has been meh and I can see why people are going toward xbox this gen. Because playstation has slowly become so lack luster now. Hopefully that changes in the second half of 2021.

  5. I am still so salty about last months plus free games…FF VII was free on LITERALLY all PSN store except the Qatari one, which why…and how…I just want to kill the one who thought of this…life really can be unfair sometimes

  6. So unpopular opinion incoming:

I get my PS+ for 32$ a year on eBay so just under 3$ per month… I play a lot of online games but even if online was free I just paid 2$ and change for Days Gone… Thats makes the whole year worth it! I know people get pissed and complain but I genuinely LOVE PS+ and think if you even get 1 decent game every other month its still a steal! But again I'm not paying the whole 60$ and love video games so for me I get more than my value.

I know I'm on an island here but just never understood the complaints

  7. Were I to consider this line up in a vacuum, then yes it might be meh; HOWEVER considering the ‘stay at home’ initiative offerings, anything would have been relatively generous… I still say the PPlus offerings should be licenses not just access: as it is, the Plus titles are just a very limited Netflix-like library and poor incentive to keep paying for multiplayer as a model regardless of the titles
