From what ive heard, that woman who brought back Ysera is actually Elunes sister. So I'm kinda hoping we actually get to see Elune and what she looks like this expansion

Btw, the soul that shut down the Arbiter was the soul of Argus.
Essentially what Sylvanas is talking about is the fact that every mortal in the Warcraft universe is a pawn of greater cosmic forces, these ancient entities who created everything,the universe the way it is, they set up a system of sorts, where we live our lives by their design and even in death – in Shadowlands, our souls are forcefully used as fuel for other powers, there is no peaceful afterlife, the very exitence, the life of every mortal in Warcraft universe is crafted for them, guided by fate, or whatever you want to call it, while being under the illusion of free will, freedom of any kind.
Sylvanas seeks to break that system and let everyone live by their own design, unmoved by any greater power, but only themselves.
The "all undead go to the Maw" thing seems to have changed or retconned. You can actually see some Forsaken souls in Bastion. Also, there's a lore character who was a death knight and went to Maldraxxus after his death. Not gonna spoil who it is though.
WoW cutscenes are just characters vague posting. There's really nothing of substance.

If you read the recently released short story "We Ride Forth", you learn a bit about the state of folks who are raised into undeath. Namely that their capacity to feel most of their emotions are virtually non existent. And it's a crap shot to which emotions manage to remain. So when Sylvanas paused on the "We don't even decide who we…" line, I'm certain she was referring to Nathanos. The fact that she wasn't allowed to freely love him in life, and that her emotions for him, and probably the same for Nathanos, were stripped from her when she was brought into undeath.
