Are we still doing the same ST rotation if we open with a pre-cast pyro crit?
this is old preheat opener posted few weaks ago lol….
add mirror images and + pyro pre-cast -> trinkets etc -> Fireball 🙂 my rotation starts at around 7 sec pre-pull! we are afterall playing for meters! also PI, seems best theoretically on unholy dks, and mm hunters.. mages getting PI just pisses me off.
May i ask why you open with fireball instead of hard casting pyroblast?
My guild gives PI to death knights instead of me 😭

I've seen some pro mage logs and they also use this combo:
Fireblast > fireball > combustion > pyro > scorch + fireblast > pyro > pyro > phoenix > pyro > scorch + fireblast > pyro > pyro > phoenix > pyro > scorch + fireblast > pyro > pyro
Can't remember if he got 9 pyros in with PI or without, but I found this (heating up) > scorch + fireblast into double pyro really interesting. Seems like scorch hits after casting pyro so you get a stack from it
Trinket and potion should use before precast , right?
how is this supposed to be "new" ? xD
right now i have dreadfire vessel and the glad badge, how should i use the vessel in the rotation? do i cast it after i get two stacks of cascade in combust?

Frost mage single target is good enough. I really don't want to destroy my covenant sanctum by swapping to night fae this late.
In ST why do you use at the start prepor+trinket+fireball? SIM always shows that we have to cast mirrors and pyroblast before pull.
Question about beginning of this ST rotation, how does fireball-comb-fireblast x2-pyro-pyro is intended to work? after first pyro I'm left with just heating up proc and can't insta cast second pyro, do I need more haste for it to work ? Thanks
Hey, nice video! But you should’ve probably mentioned that in this ST rotation last PF fits in only if your haste is over 18%. That’s why on a lower haste your original scorch ST rotation is superior to this video’s: always 7 pyros is better than “maybe” 7 pyros.
