  1. i'll actually have respect for blizzard if they go all in and make these 2 fuck at the end of everything. that would be some big subverting and they've been hinting at the sexual tension for some time now. maybe all sylvanas wants is to back to her normal elf state again.

  2. Hear me out!

By making a “portal” from shadowlands to Azeroth she actually created a path for the afterlife to the “reality” so to say. This means the dead can walk on Azeroth.

She says that life is controlled by fate, After life, the spirits are sent to death realms by the Arbitor where you have to serve the cause you are chosen for. But there is no faith and destiny anymore.

So by breaking this system, the souls don’t have to serve anything anymore and by killing all life, we will all end up as free souls. It’s like a circle – you die, you go to the shadowlands and you can come back as a soul.

This is for sure her idea. If the Jailor wants to consume everything she will try to destroy him because she says “through the Jailor, control over our fate….” not “with the Jailor” or “with the help of the Jailor”. Or maybe this is the Jailor’s plan but he is designed more as a villain and there is nothing that makes him look like he wants to help but it is only the start of the expansion.

And she killed all those people for the sake of the plan. In the end, she wants to grant free will to everyone.

It is complicated but for me it makes sense. Don’t judge me for what I am saying just tell me if I am wrong.

  3. "I thought you believed in free will Sylvanas" Dude, you started a war with her because she killed Forsaken who didn't agree with her. When has she ever shown to be considerate of other's free will ?

  4. Her words are absolutely so true for real life. We control nothing. Heaven gives us what they give us. Free choice is an illusion. I can choose to have cereal or toast for breakfast, but that is a mere decision. What I want to be in life, that, that is a desire. Actuality is entirely decided for us. She – the game designers – are so right in this.
