I scalp ps5, electronics and shoes but manually no bots 🤖 I wanna give people a chance so yes I make money from the price gap due to demand but I don’t not use bots

I honestly believe that scalping should not be made illegal entirely there should be a Grace. When a product is brand-spanking-new scalpers can't scalp it for six months after the product comes out which should give the real customers time to buy the console at the regular price

This could hurt software sales in the long term health of 9th gen consoles.
Retailers can code a max purchase limit of 1 unit per customer where same ship address is not allowed for repeated purchase within 7 days. Scalpers can still buy but this slows their purchase rate to same as normal buyer giving everyone else a fair chance to purchase. They can of course ceate new accounts to get more units but to have more than 5, 10 or 50 valid ship addresses is a problem for them. Friends could help with addresses but not for free so by the time friends get a profit, its no longer worth that much trouble just for few miserable dollars.
The new laws help but Sony will have to give their Distributors and Resellers enough incentives to upgrade their systems as such to make it work.
