I got my Xbox Series X on February 4th, after striking out from launch day in trying to acquire one. So, after a month, do I like it? Was it worth the price of admission, and how do games REALLY look that take advantage of the Smart Delivery system for upgrades? Let’s dive in and talk the Series X, and how I like it after one month of regular usage.

  1. The deal maker or breaker for me will be the Flight Simulator experience. Thanks for the honest thoughts! I don’t feel badly about not being able to get one yet.

I wonder if MS will upgrade the controller by Christmas. They seem to be taking some punches about the not-so-upgraded one packaged with the Series machines. Your thoughts?

  2. Love hearing the decrease in the loading times in games. I don't have the PS5 or the Xbox Series x yet. Kind of holding off until more games are available specifically for the consoles.

  3. There really is never any point in getting a console on launch any more. There is always going to be a better version in just a few months. The games aren’t particularly impressive any more. Just updated versions of old games. Just a small upscale. I still say my Xbox 360 is better than the series x and xbone. But then again, I’m an idiot.

  4. Cool, I could not get the series x, so I built a 3070 i710 gen pc. Luckily you got the Xbox. For the money you got pretty much a awesome system for hundreds less than what it cost to build my rig.👍
