  1. I feel one really important thing that could be said for iron, bronze, silver, and sometimes even gold players, is if you dont know where your enemy is, dont run into a room or corner with your knife or skills on your hands
the biggest reason I see people dying on those ranks is because an enemy shows up when they are either running with the knife, or trying to figure out where to use a skill, and when its needed they dont have their weapons ready to shoot back

  2. I am iron and i feel people here dont have the best understanding of iron. like yeah our aim isnt the best, but in iron 2,3 people have decent aim. we lack mech skills sure, but to say getting an understanding of game is all u need is wrong. best u can do with that is get to i3, crosshair placement is actually required for bronze

  3. I started at iron 1 and now i'm plat 2 and here are my few cents :-

    1. iron – b3 or silver – get a really good mouse and a mousepad. trust me it make a shit ton of difference. an office mouse will get you to maybe b2 or b3 but thats about it. the sensors on those are horrendous. a good mouse offers an insane amount of consistency.

    2. silver – gold :- learn anger management. This is a video game and there are a shit ton of variables that just aren't possible to guess like enemy positions in the dark. Accept the fact that you cannot win every single match and keep moving forward. Oh and also stop using the mic only to trash talk your own teammates. In every game i played, people were busy dissing me about my plays while mid round instead of updating me about the enemy positions.

    3. Plat – can't say much about this rank cause i'm in it but i can definitely suggest that you get a good pc and more importantly, a good monitor which supports of upwards of 144hz of refresh rate, bonus point if it has a 1ms reaction time. I encounter many of the people in my team who couldn't react fast enough even when they were on their toes and those enemies were visible on my screen a few fractions of seconds before. I does manke a difference when people are more than willing to punish any bit of mistake you do.
