I wish you guys did an ounce of research when saying "don't use Creation Engine". Game engines don't change they get overhauled, Rockstar's Rage is based on the GTA 3 engine, Ubisoft's AnviNext is based on Prince of persia 1 engine, it's always funny to see whenever it comes to Bethesda everyone acts like some experienced dev while having no knowledge at all.

There’s an irony to your bitching about EA not making an effort to make good games, in a bad, effortlessly-produced video that falls back on the same, lame, outta touch crap, from half a decade ago, as though it were hip… and, by this time, Jake should know how to pronounce “Aspyr”—a dev that’s been around, doing great work, for at least twenty years—as well as IT-ER-AY-SHUN. There’s no “EYE” in “iteration” or “stale.”
I actually don't think I'd like to see Konami return to Silent Hill. They're just as likely to churn out some garbage ip-milking nonsense as anything else. What I would like to see is a respectable developer such as Sony or Remedy take us back to town, either by purchasing rights to make a new Silent Hill without Konami's input (best) or being brought in to develop the game under the Konami umbrella (next-best). Now THAT would be amazing, and Konami can stick to pachinko machines where it belongs.
