If the Vietnamese server was part of the Riot API and not Garena, the Vietmanese Teemo player would be known to have the highest mastery points, beating Get Controlled from EUW. I think SEA needs to be an official Rito server.

i am a vietnamese League player and yes, there is a rumor about that 15m mastery pts Teemo account: the original owner of the account has a cyber cafe in which he allows his customers to play for free but can ONLY PICK TEEMO, that account lately been sold to someone else and the rest is history.
keep in mind that this is only a rumor, don't take it too serious as me cannot confirm it myself. have a nice day!

You'll end up paying more in electricity bills than u get in rewards. Its a huge scam essentially, theres no such thing as free money.
