Lee Sin's R has an easter egg about someone called Jesse Perring. You can only see it when looking at his abilities descriptions from the launcher, not in-game.
Thresh used to have an easter egg when reaching 255, and would gain a new buff called "Soul Gluttony". I'm not sure if this is still in the game.
Aatrox used to appear in Jax's splash art when looking at his profile from League's website.
Mordekaiser's guitar used to be called "Numero Uno" in reference to one brazillian meme. Not sure if this is still canon after rework though.
