Have you realised that all of the new items are based on either a region or someone we know of? The Outlier is the Crown of the Shattered Queen which i believe can be corelated back to Isolde
All of Ornn's weapon is going to be legendary.
I would rather see Riot rework sivir because tbh her ult is just a utility skill like she would be a marksman/support in this season or before, so yea she needs a rework
