When do you build manamune on senna as compared to crit second item? Most eclipse setups I've seen use manamune and then more lethality or something, instead of crit second item ondward

Chemtank was nerfed.
The strength came from the stacks being generated by 5 per instance of any damage (minion waves mostly) and 1 stack per 15 units traveled per movement command (long dashes heavily rewarded). This is why Akali and Irelia who have Long Dashes and AOE abilities could chain multiple Chemtank Proc's within a minion wave which they'll be within while split pushing and laning phase when they first buy this.
The change removed the ability to generate stacks on minions as well as capped the amount of stacks gained to 10 maximum per movement command (as opposed to Akali's original 50 stacks per ultimate charge and I imagine Irelia hitting similar numbers when Q resetting in a wave to dodge/kite enemies in between her combos).
The nerf removed Chemtank as a viable option and I bet Irelia would prefer her other builds now. I'm okay with Skill-Capped padding their videos with old information to hit that 10m mark for Youtube if they'd add a disclaimer about the nerf but they didn't which is disheartening.
i like how they compare getting ripped guaranteed to climbing in league of legends it's so obvious it's written by someone that hasn't gone outside in years muscle needs to be maintained league of legends macro is something you just learn and keep

But Kraken tabs wits end is literally the highest winrate build for Senna on 2 items? For support yes you don't have the budget so Tankenna or lethality probably the way to go but not for carry for sure.
