For love of God DON'T build Stridebreaker on Aatrox. It's a bad item on him and he have 0 synergy with it.
Even rank 1 Aatrox EUW (Naayil) said it's garbage.

First strike Ekko? For jungle? Or is this for mid? Also, I've never even seen the "meta" dark harvest Ekko you mentioned once. Every Ekko I've ever seen goes Electrocute or Conqueror, or maybe the occasional Grasp if they're top. Also not trusting those Aatrox or Senna builds. No thank you. Also, now that Maw has omnivamp back and an AD ratio on the shield it's much better to complete than it used to be. People sit on Hexdrinker out of habit but there's plenty of benefit for finishing the item now in certain situations.
Y'all need to be careful trusting win rates for off meta stuff. Usually it's just people who main those champs trying stuff out or using items in niche scenarios where it's good. As soon as champs / builds get popular that's when win rates go down.
