  1. "better than the ones they ripped off"

Then why is Candy Crap Saga here? I thought the whole point of this list was games that are BETTER than the ones they ripped off, not WORSE.

Fuck Candy Crap Saga. It's just Bejeweled with microtransactions.

  3. FYI, there are several other rip-offs that Watchmojo and Mojoplays didn’t mentioned, such as Nexon’s CrazyRacing Kartrider (rip-off of Nintendo’s Mario Kart) and Andamiro’s Pump it Up (rip-off of Konami’s Dance Dance Revolution)

  4. GuitarFreaks, despite not being available outside of Japan, isn’t discontinued. The latest game in its series “Gitadora High-Voltage”, despite not released in some countries like North America, is still one of the most popular franchises in Japan. It’s a combination of Guitar Freaks and Drummania

  5. My favorite successful ripoff was Streets of Rage. Props to Yuzo Koshiro to composed the best soundtracks on all 4 games in the franchise. My favorite character was Blaze Fielding and I love playing as her.
