  1. I guess it says a lot about my role as an aging PC gamer that, when faced with a list like this, I realize that I not only have never played ANY of these games, but I have little interest in most of them either (I'd play that Spiderman game if it didn't require a controller).

  2. I think FF7R's weakest point is the train graveyard, which I also disliked in the original. In FF7R, the sequence was not only boring, but also tonally different from the rest of the game in a way that feels jarring. I know a lot of people liked it, but I sadly was not one of them.

  3. Well to be fair to Kingdom Hearts III, Square wanted to do a lot with Frozen and Elsa and Anna and have it be darker than the movie, but Disney said no, that's why we got going up and down the mountain 40 million times.

  4. I've got to disagree with the writer on a few of these:
    1. Spiderman- The stealth sections really aren't that bad and if you are proactive enough can take like 5 minutes to do so they aren't too long at all.
    2. Final Fantasy VII Remake- Hojo's lab is just fine. I wouldn't say its terrible but I wouldn't call it my favourite section of the game either.
    3. Fall Guys- Team Tail Tag is a good level! Lag is to be expected in online games and yes, even though it is annoying that people can grab your tail from seemingly far away, it is still a fun level to play. Hoarders is the terrible level out of the bunch for sure

  5. When it comes to Crash Bandicoot 4 the “The Crate Escape” is the most annoying level which made me quit the game in november last year and I never played it since.

  6. Yokohama Underground was actually one of my favourite moments BECAUSE it's a nod to long, dull JRPG dungeons, Ichiban is obsessed with Dragon Quest after all, so it makes sense to include that at least once.

  7. They called Cyberpunk 2077 a top ten game of last year, so when they say “terrible levels” I’m expecting a literal foot to extend from the screen and kick you upside the noggin.

  8. Don’t trigger me, Mr. Gill. I played on Classic Mode for my Mafia: Definitive Edition let’s play here on YouTube, having just previously covered the PS2 version. Not lying, it took me 6+ hours to beat that fucking race. While every second was filmed, only the winning run was featured in full. I did go over my footage though for the viewers through my laptop screen just to show how much I suffered. Oh, and the “shoot the police vehicle turret” section later on required about 2 hours to complete whereas the whole encounter only lasts 20-ish seconds, absolutely insane.

  9. Alright, look, I've been a Kingdom Hearts fan since the original came out in 2002 and I didn't even care that I was almost 30 when the third one came out. I'd been waiting most of my life for it, and you better believe it was the only game I'd preordered in over ten years. That said, the game was most certainly NOT awesome. At best, it was pure garbage. And that's not because I'm older.
