To be fair Vader did kill trilla after you had already defeated her as Cal so I don't think it's more of a robbing of a boss fight when you already beat her

There's a very minor one of these inside of an early dungeon in Final Fantasy XIV. The boss dragon in that dungeon drops in on a miniboss after you've weakened it, snaps it up, and then tries to munch your squad as well.
What about Birkin killing Mr. X in RE2 remake?? You had it easy and recent with that one. 😜

Man batman arkham games makes the same shitty boss battles, they are always the same beat 20 dudes then the boss, the only good ones were the firefly,dead stroke and freeze
I would add Vergil from DMC3 he killed a hell Vanguard and Beowulf……
