  1. Number 8 really, really makes me mad. First off, those are usually the people that rush in solo against a team of 3 and get blasted. They probably also hot dropped.

Usually I am still trying to get a weapon or some bullets.

Yes, a ping or even the guy saying Iโ€™m going to attack would be helpful. So infuriating.

  2. With the exception of no. 08, I am guilty of all of these! No wonder why I lose despite having decent aim (Emerald IV in Aimlab and 69% in 1wall 6 target TE in KoVaaks, 59% in tamtarget switch smooth) and being able to do most movement techniques. Thanks for all these helpful tips!

  3. I'm not a hyper aggressive player, but I'm not what I would call a passive one either. I try to know where people are and what disadvantages they have before I move on them. But I am cursed to die from behind, literally every game. So either I'm oblivious, or just really unlucky.

  4. This ties in with the tips for watching your surroundings and thirsting for armor swaps but also donโ€™t be tunnel visioned into thirsting especially in ranked it WILL get you killed

  5. A little tip in reference to hindsight.
Have a notebook and pen while you're playing. It's been proven that we learn much faster and actually retain new information when we physically write something down as opposed to just telling ourselves. So instead of thinking xyz, actually take a minute or two and write down your thoughts. You'll start retaining and learning that information, quickly and more easily.

  6. I think I could definitely drop hot a little less. I've just been playing pubs since returning to the game, but it may be better for me to drop hot adjacent more often than hot. also that trick was so sick, you're nice with it dude. thanks for the content, it's been super helpful while i teach myself the game again. way different than it was when i was playing like a year and a half+ ago

  7. #8 is one that pisses me off especially playing in ranked no one has a mic but suddenly when they die because they couldnโ€™t win in they 1v1 they like to unmute and trash talk , those are the worst kind of ppl if you have a mic use it in ranks it helps out a ton !!!

  8. Grateful for these tips, Mangos ๐Ÿ‘
Most of them are tricks I kept realizing and tell myself about or even heard / saw it here and there but sometimes I get some kind of persistent or a feeling that I want to "Try and see" while knowing this isn't correct ". This, and the fact that I get confused what to do when my teammate(s) gets knocked or killed actually actually caused most of my deaths in this game, I believe.

  9. Very true these things, many of them happen to me as well. Trying to not repeat them even though I know about them. For me one of the worst problems is the first drop. Too often I don't win my first fight because enemy got the weapon before me or I landed outnumbered. But removing these bad habits are sometimes difficult.
btw. Awesome skate clip at the end.

  10. Tip number 8! Happens waaaay to often and the mic only comes on after youโ€™ve tried communicating with said teammate then suddenly their death is somehow all your fault.. biggest peeve along with spam pinging. Love the skate clips youโ€™ve added btw

  11. Thanks coach Mangos, these tips really do help. One bad habit I'm trying to break out of is reloading and holstering before I completely reload my weapon. There have been so many times lately where I've holstered into the PK and it does that short 1-sec animation. I've lost a few 1v's because of this.

  12. 1 more is dont crouchspam while adsing i have been doing it for as long as i can remember and its been getting me killed easier when you crouchspam it literally just gives the enemy free headshots. DONT IM LEVEL 500 AND IT HAS MADE ME SO BAD new players only crouchspam at the end of a hipfire and strafe sparodically to survive the reload. when adsed or just at the start and halfway through just strafe left and right. i have to break this habbit tommorow tho

  13. First time finding you. Great tips. Lots of which apply to me. At least I was aware of most of them! I'm especially poor at not rehealing in the heat of battle and often forget to reload if I also have low health.

  14. Rule #8 Some dude got mad and me and my teamate cause we wasn't pinging in ranked we were making callouts the whole time come to find out he couldn't hear us cause he was in a party chat with someone else we screaming that we are leaving and he standing there 1v3 a team saying he was giving us cover fire,, that team had BEEN chasing us then he told us we need to learn how to play team based games. Dude we are telling you what we are doing but your litteraly listening to someone playing another game not apex he should have been playing with no volume at all if that was the case shit man
