I just realised that he did not get 100% on the first level of hex and the title is 100% on every level!?(edit) ohhhhh
This is my prediction: Hex battles people like Senpai, Lemon Demon, the main characters of the game. And then, he updates himself so he can remember what the people did so whenever he plays with somebody it will sound a little bit the same as the same exact song. I think it's true because on the first round of Hex it sounded like Bopeebo. And at the start of the second song of Hex the notes kinda look likes Fresh
