QotD: No. Skins are part of what make Runeterra an immersive world, aside from champions themselves. I actually really like how there are different storylines in skins that aren't present in champions themselves, such as Star Guardians, PsyOps, PROJECT, and Mecha Kingdoms

I think the best setting idea would be to either allow skins, disable skin animations or completely disable skins so you can choose. I think it would be the best solution to choose between those 3 opportunities

I think disable skins is good because some of skins looks innatural and hard to play against
Absolutely you should have the option to disable Skins on your own end, it's bullshit to basically have to learn what some Skins look like in game for some champs. If you can't instantly see who your opponent is because you never saw that skin you can quickly lose a game within the first few minutes because you got caught off guard by a suddenly Rainbow colored Morgana Bind (I know there isn't such a skin in the game but it brings home the point). I for example don't have Skins for my 2 most played champs and will most likely never buy skins for them as to not disturb what I am gotten used to and the same goes for enemy abilities, you should be able to get used to what a champs abilities look like.

Instead of just disabling the skin setting, have 2 settings:
Disable all skins
Disable all skins but your own
Spirit Blossom Yasuo sucks at its release, his Q seems to be shorter than usual the range where I can hit someone using the tip of the blade is shorter, then they patched it thankfully.
bruh they fixed the dj sona bug like half of a year ago and now you can't spam ctrl+5 more than one time in a few seconds as well as being unable to switch music in battle
