  4. Playing Teemo anywhere above silver is a bait. The champ had a buff to Q but is still the worst toplaner in terms of lane presence, scaling, utility, and offering anything of value to his team. He also doesn't beat anyone on this list, especially not Darius. His Q buff is strong but so is the tenacity everyone builds nowadays. You're better off with the other 14 picks who can do anything he can do but better
