The last clip the guy is named Lucian and skullface(Thresh) basically "kidnapped" his wife. That's why he's after him.
Senna, his wife got released through his actions here.
She's technically a support(shield, healing, crowd control, etc.)
Context for ryze: there is something called the runewar in lol lore, mortal use the world rune as a weapon so it destroy the world, to the point everybody is affraid of magic, ryze and his master used to travel around to collect and seal these rune away, his master got tempted by the rune so ryze have to kill him, that why he said the only true power he have is to let it go which mean he can let go of the world rune power even tho he own 4 of them and chose to seal them away instead of using them. Ryze is also a very powerful mage, he can cast teleportation magic with out chanting or the light show like the mage in arcane did, he maybe the second most powerful mage in the lore if you dont count gods and darkin

fun fact: the 4 colorful things ryze has in his cinematic are 4 of the 5 skill trees in game, and also the 4 markings on viktor's hexcore!

about the last video, thresh basically killed senna and enslaved her soul in the lantern, when Lucian blow up the lantern and all the souls escaped, senna got released as a ghost, and when the lantern was sucking up all the souls he hugged her so she doesn't return to that thing, but thanks to her powers she gained a full control of her self unlike other souls.
