Open world will be bad for halo I’m calling it now. And if someone comments saying “oH CE hAD OPen woRLd” just shut it. It’s not even close. ODST waisted an hour or so of potential game play running around trying to find items. And now we will have to do a bunch of BS side missions. HALO IS POINT A TO BE STOP RUINING IT WITH CRAP IDEAS. BUT I want it to be good so bad. I’m a die hard fan who’s even read almost every book. Bottom line all I want is solid game play, and some amazing cut scenes.

343 although not perfect, are much better than whoever makes starwars lol
I don’t think we’re getting a BotW style open world here, instead the world will consist of smaller segregated areas. I don’t think the atmosphere will be there, nor the mystery and lore tucked away in environmental clues. Development has been troubled and I think Infinite will be a patchwork quilt, launched in a rough and compromised state. I want to be wrong!

This is the Halo game I am looking forward to the least so far. I am disappointed they seem to just have completely skipped over where the last game left off. A battle between Chief and Cortana along with the machines was far more interesting to me than fighting the angry apes again. It's like we are just supposed to forget that conflict all together.
