  2. Having a 390hz monitor regardless will render frames easier (set lower) than set max (Depending on hardware etc.). Plus Apex (game itself, and input degradation) becomes a factor after 189fps. He capps his frames probably for this reason. With that being said; his 390hz monitor will still produce extremely smooth frames and will not "max" his monitors output. Imagine being able to bench press 390lbs then you bench 140lbs. You will breeze through it. Having a higher htz monitor will create a smoother game play experience regardless of capped frames. So anyone who keeps saying "uncapp" your frames. The games integrity couldn't hit 390fps and still be stable without micro glitches, etc..

    Good video brother, looks smooth. May have to invest over my 240hz (capped at 189) <— for the haters lol
