In Outriders you’ll be tasked with exploring some eerily exotic and downright deadly alien terrains. Here’s a closer look at some of the biomes you’ll be visiting in the early portions of the game. Sponsored by Square Enix.
RPG-shooter Outriders tales players to the alien planet of Enoch, as humankind searches for a new world to colonise. Ranging from perilous snowy peaks to a luminescent forest which permeates the air with toxic spores, the planet is already home to a variety of lifeforms – some friendly, some hostile – as well as a mysterious phenomenon known as the Anomaly, which twists and corrupts everything it touches. As the Outriders begin to search for the source of a mysterious signal, they come face to face with a violent megastorm caused by the Anomaly, which alters them in unimaginable ways. Here’s a closer look at some of the biomes you can visit on the planet of Enoch. They’ll be even more to discover when Outriders releases on Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC.

How can Linearity be "Explored"?
All these "Biomes", "Environments", etc are just glorified backdrops to the canals the game channels you through.

Yeah it feels like a ps4 game and the world design is just a cover to cover shooter very outdated
This is crossplay so it shouldn't die too quickly besides that it feels like gears of war meets mass effect just janky.

This game is a looter shooter, it's not for everyone people
