I'm watching this as an immortal I really want to hit radiant but I feel like i'm missing something

I’ve been playing valorant for about 3 months now. Let me just say this is the most frustrating ranked I’ve ever played, I’ve played league so I’m used to riots rank system. (High of gold 1 , stopped years ago) I’ve played apex. High of plat 4 . And yet I’m stuck B2 currently in valorant . I’m a decent battle royal player no matter the game. My FPS skills are above avg Ide say. But in Val I’m just hard stuck at the bottom. The previous act I got stuck in iron 3 for the longest and I really don’t feel I’m that terrible to be stuck here. It’s one of the hardest games to climb IMO. Idk maybe I truley am just shit at this game but I feel I’m not that bad.
i legit do good first 10 rounds then my team starts panicking and then i start going to 1k ping thats why im stuck in bronze
For lower ranks its fps and bad pc
I am level 158 and I am stuck in bronze mainly because of 20 fps in gunfights.
I don't think recording my games is feasible. My computer can barely run Valorant from a fresh startup. Having a second program running in the background might be a step too far.
The hardest thing on this game for me on my experience is getting lucky on getting good teammates. Doesn't matter if i drop 30 bombs if ur team barely speaks and do comms, 0 strat just rush sites. Sometimes boosting morale works but most of the time it doesn't, 1 wrong move and they wanna surrender. Dog weak mentality. And by 30k i mean important round kills doing entrys and taking space/clutching. I rarely get good teammates, by good i dont mean only shooting and that but having coms and actual communicating. After all this is a team based game.

6:10 it doesnt matter if i know these or not, ass people and trolls will not listen. People just leave the game after 1 bad round “. It’s a team game after, my skill level has to be like 5 ranks above to carry ass teammates, it’s impossible to rank up especially ur causal player, and most don’t have time to really “grind” cause of work, school,etc….then they are playing 2-3 games a day and in low elo….. goodluck ! U’ll need it!

I see alot of toxic players in ranked who will talk trash about me after the pistol round and then when i starts top fragging they still talk trash for some reason..
everytime i win im top frag and everytime i lose im bottom frag what do i do
Been dropping 40,37,41,35,25,30 all my last 7-8 matches, all defeated, all match mvps. So yes, team matters and so does luck. I'm dropping 35 with Sova and my Raze on Bind is 0-17.
i barely have time for one game a day, so when should i vod review?
Best tip: Stop grinding DM to improve AIM (stop playing DM all together) and MUTE toxic teammates / opponents asap. If u win couple of games then stop and watch something or touch some grass 😅
Never got to Immortal or even Diamond because I always focus on my computer’s performance, now I took care of those things and I’m already climbing fast

My duo and i win 2v2 and 2v3 consistently not all the time but consistently cause I know how he plays and how we com its just golden. Would highly recommend a good duo.
I'm bronze (just carried myself out of iron 3) and I main omen. I have no choice but to know my smokes lol. I know what my biggest weaknesses are. I'm easily tilted, crosshairplacement is close but off (I always hit body never legs or head), and my movement is absolute garbage. My game sens and coms I feel are my strongest points. But how is the best way to do vod reviews? I'll see some mistakes but I'm sure there's stuff I wouldn't see.
