if anything its noble six's helmet and the the book is probably referencing a possible easter egg that might be in halo infinite where you have to unlock the crate and you will find noble six's helmet and also i remember 343 saying something along the lines that if you read the book you will notice references from the book in the campaign maybe we go to reach in the campaign and find that crate with noble six's helmet in it as an easter egg

I could be mistaken or misunderstanding what you are staying in the video, but I don't believe Shadows of Reach is the first time lore establishes Kalmiya as being a previous iteration of Cortana. The third book First Strike makes it very clear who and what Kalmiya is.
