The only reason twisted rounds seems busted is because the world tiers is capped a 5 I’m pretty sure as world tiers advance it’ll still be good but it won’t be busted seeing as the enemy’s get stronger per world tier

Hey @Moxsy if you didn't know, if your on pc you can move your clock forward and it will update vendors
Question, what’s more important for weapons, the firepower rating, or the per shot damage?? If better gear drops because you have higher firepower weapons in your inventory, that to me sounds like if fire power is higher than a weapon that has a higher per shot damage value, it’s better regardless

The game quite literally is telling you how status effects work, because all those images are screenshots taken directly from the in-game guide. The real flaw is that the game doesn't refer you to this guide enough.
The skill rounds ignore armor yes, but because they are anomaly powers they are instead affected by resistance (at least, I'm guessing that's what's happening), which seems to be something that enemies don't have much of in the demo.
That said, having the damage formula is very helpful! I thought close/long range might be additive with weapon damage, knowing that they are multiplicative is super useful for evaluating gear/passive nodes. For some reason I had also thought the stacking per player bit only referred to the DoTs but it does seem like Weakness and Vulnerable will stack as well, which means Technomancer can be huge for solo play (you can get like 75% increased damage taken solo) but in group play everyone stacking Vulnerable makes it less valuable (but probably still top tier?).
Have you been able to determine if "increased damage taken" debuffs like Vulnerable or Toxin/Freeze with a Technomancer stack additively with each other in the formula or multiplicatively? The latter means Technos are S/god tier in the game.

I was wondering. Does anyone know if your mods are in effect if you just have a a weapon equipped, or do you have to have the weapon in your hand in order for the mod to work.
I know in borderlands you cant just have the weapon equipped, you have to have the gun in your hand for the anointment to work.
Is it the same for outriior different?

My only question is…. is outsiders another destiny? I love borderlands cause you can just play it solo or with friends. I don't want seasons or micro transactions… it's this just a pretty destiny2 or I'd it stand alone?

Another helpful tip the game doesn’t tell you is that you can interrupt enemy charge attacks using your melee.
"Obviously a little insane" is the subtitle of your stream, 150 hrs of demo farming…..obviously a little insane!
I dislike the armor formula in this game not gonna lie. Flat damage reduction is simple and all, but I think armor should defend from hard hits less than weak hits. Big armor guys should shrug off small hits. but big ones still hurt.
In short, use the in game guides it has lots of that info. The game tells you almost everything, like twisted rounds adds firepower, hover over firepower and you see the % bonus. Never tested/noticed it ignoring armor. Also haven't seen anything indicate "light level"-esque drops.
The thing that I see missed by many is the non-armor stats on gear. It shows higher armor as an upgrade, but it isn't always. Greens have one and if you go all firepower or anomaly power you notice a big difference. Same with HP but then it's hard to kill stuff.
