  1. Just found out anh love your vid <3 one of the manager of GAM esport also VCS hated Zeros as he was revealed the salary in 2019 therefore he got ban permanently…Agree that it is a bit excessive but it is what it is lol

  2. Zeros was banned because talking covid was against the government harsh policy towards the pandemic, not just the speech was inappropriate as in it was offensive to the VCS teams

  3. Zeros' ban is very much the last straw situation as this guy is notoriously known for being the root of so much drama in the VCS. And if I'm not wrong, he was serving or just finished serving another ban when he made the joke.
Also, he wasn't just banned from Pro League of Legends. He was banned from all of Riot's professional esports scenes.

  4. A quick edit about 1st place. The game ROX played wasn't imortant at all. Both team won't be qualified to semi-finals neverminde of outcome. That was one of the reason for Solo to bet against his team. And Solo was banned not only from StarLadder, but from all tournaments for life time by Valve coz he made a bet, but in few years that decision was reverted.

  5. I say this from experience even though it affects me. If riot made making new accs harder than just using same email and password, there would be less toxic people. I have made well over 80 accounts, leveled to 20-30+ got them perma'd and started over. It's not a flex or smth to be proud but i will probably still do it further until they do something about it cause its just stupid easy and no consequences if you dont have skins you like

And no even though i got so many perma's im the most chill person irl. I take my anger from day to day on league so its my therapy

  6. Why is some kid who plays video games, sorry, ONE video game, making over 200,000 dollars a but a teacher who helps to bring up young people and help them to succeed in life make a fucking fraction of that

  7. Whats worse for the Player of lossing a high month salary then someone with a low month salary who needs every Coin he can get? It makes it much less hard, when you have a ton on money and dont need your next salary.

  8. You drag out your words at the end of sentences and over sympathize with player punishments. Are you stating facts or trying to frame an opinion? Ambiguous attempt at documenting player bans.

  9. I remember looking at the rise of competitive gaming at the end of the 2000's and thinking it was gonna be awesome. I was a kid at the time and couldn't wait to see people skilled in my favorite hobby compare abilities in said hobby with all the class and respect of a CoD lobby, that being none of course. That sounded hilarious to me, I couldn't wait! Fast forward to the 2020's and this is not how competitive gaming panned out. It's treated like a professional sport. It's monetized, it's branded, it's lost all the luster and soul that got me interested in the first place. The teams might as well show up in suits and ties at this point

Let me start by saying I love the idea of sportsmanship and having respect for your opponent. Especially in actual sports. Games like League are NOT sports and I refuse to take them seriously as that. I think the most "toxic" Thing to come out of competitive gaming isn't that one asshole who jumped in a match and started raging and yelling slurs, it's this overarching idea that we should take any of this shit seriously and act like gaming is serious business. You're FAR more likely to get banned for going off in chat then you are from actually running it down or ruining games. The recent rek'sai bug that allowed her to basically auto win games took longer to fix than it takes Riot to take action against some salty yas player screaming his head off.

Competitive gaming was a cool idea, but it went corporate. It sold out. Every player wears team logos and is sponsored by some fucking snack food brand looking to be the next official gamer fuel. Nobody looks like they're having fun. The feeling of victory isn't even savored, they just shake each others hands and act like this was some sort of board room meeting.

  10. About the chinese gambling, there's one chinese pro player(i think?) stayed in fountain and spamming stop command(with the help of a liss) after suspecting enemies(even some teammates) betting on him getting 10+ kills. That game continued for around an hour or more til enemies got tired of jumping into fountain and just surrender.

  11. yeah nah that's not accurate with the % of people getting banned for being toxic, even when u get banned it says you're in the 0.00001% or whatever, yet, half of the community is complete aids.

  12. well, riot is holding many secrets. For exmple the time they banned the wrong player, who just happend to be an experince hacker, who then hacked in to riot tech support and stole 20,000 players privat information. Riot constantly do mistakes with players that they dont have any regards for. Some times those choises back fire at the company and therefor they decied to either hide it or show evryone about it. Like when they got critisim for all females being sexy and curvy: Illoi was born. Or when there were not enough "black" characters: Lucian was created. Or when they ignored unban request from a smal hacker who created nearly 500 chellnger accounts and ruined over 3000 games for nearly 27 000 players over a span of 6 months. Riot do not think carefully over deccions when they make them. Thats why riot also lose money the moment they make poor calls.

  13. I don't think that the "joke" ban was excessive. it was not his first drama, but at the same time his "joke" was far over the top. It was the first part that was absolutely unacceptable. He said that the pandemic, that LITERALLY killed millions, should become worse. In what world would that be an acceptable joke for a sportsman. He is a pro competitor, not a pro comedian.

  14. Banned for being toxic, but for wintrading or troll picks is ok, I played a game yesterday with a kassadin support, and he would deliberately hit the minions so I would miss cs as and adc, ult the wave and q w e so I won't be able to last hit all of them, yet people were calling me toxic because "I should know how to last hit"

  15. I HATE IT when one of my friends ALWAYS Rage Quits. Just because early game is rough and then leaves me hanging in the game that we could've actually won if he was there… This is also because he picks a fight with another player so they leave too…. 3v5 match is ROUGH and Im a support Tank/Healer
