  1. I really do feel sorry for this gentleman. It’s been only 12 months since you saw him last with a recommendation to his MD for a referral to an ENT. I hope we get a follow up down the track at some stage but it will be a while I think. It’s scary to think a cholesteatoma can form so quickly. Thanks Neel. X

  2. Fascinating! Would love you to do a wee video showing all the diseases of the ear you talk about in your videos. I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you for every video you do x💜x

  3. Hey All, there are many questions as to why the canal cholesteatoma was not removed. As per the video, this needs to be surgically removed via anaesthetic following a CT scan to assess it’s underlying extensiveness and aggressiveness. In addition, the large hole will need to be filled and plugged up post removal. It is not because I am unprofessional or unskilled or lazy as some of the comments would suggest 🤣 The client attended an ‘outpatient’ ear wax removal clinic not an operating theatre for surgery. P.S. Please don’t get mistaken for a simple dead skin plug / keratosis Obturans and a canal cholesteoma. Some titles on other videos suggest the latter when they are clearly not.

  4. That looked very very serious and the the bad effects from letting this situation continue sounds horrible. Hope the patient gets his GP to listen and act. Great job Mr. Raithatha…..again!

  5. This freaks me out, not simply because of how awful it looks and how painful it must be for the client, but because a person could be walking around with an issue like this and not know! Inside your ear is the one place you can’t see, so you can’t tell when you’re developing a problem, unless you have obvious pain. It’s the not knowing for me!

I didn't realise how serious it was. My mastiod bone completely gone did have many years ago have a metal stirrup bone put in because of this ddisease it came out.

  7. I watched Dr.Zhao on YouTube to see how he treats this condition… In most cases I say to myself I know this patient has to be sleep… Due to how it looks as though he's scraping, pulling and digging at it… Sometimes it gets very bloody… I remember commenting on one of those cases and a woman whose son suffered from it described to me what her son experiences with this condition and how he sufferers from hearing lost … I pray that your patients Dr. Refer him to a E.N.T specialist immediately…

  9. As always, thank you for taking the time to educate us as you fascinate us. Maybe the critics need THEIR ears cleaned. I clearly heard you say they need it surgically removed. Thank you for knowing the limitations for the wellbeing of your patients. Have a great weekend, Mr Raithatha💛
