7 Ways Biomutant is the Weirdest Game You’ll Play This Year (Sponsored Content)

For fans of action RPGs, Biomutant will in some ways be a comfortingly familiar experience, with the open world exploration and character levelling they expect. But then things start to get weird. The main characters are all highly evolved kung fu rodents. The enemies are a bizarre mix of mutated monstrosities. You claim fast travel points by taking a leak on them.

It doesn’t end there. For your consideration, here are seven ways Biomutant is the weirdest game you’ll play this year, in this video brought to you by Outside Xbox and sponsor Biomutant.

Biomutant is out on release date May 25 2021 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. For more details visit https://www.biomutant.com/order-biomutant/?utm_source=GN_All&utm_medium=endemic_OutsideXbox&utm_campaign=Biomutant_Release

  1. It’s a Ceiling fan blade attached to a vacuum!!!
I have been having a blast with this game. I mean I get it why most video game “journos” don’t like (because you play a creature and there’s no way to inject gender politics into it.) 😉 Yeah, don’t listen to them it’s a little rough around the edges but a great game.

  2. "Nuclear industries generated tons of waste…"

Really now? Really? Nuclear power generates tons of waste? I guess coal power is better then? Germany seems to think so.
I mean compared to nuclear waste that just….sits there and might even have future usage (Nuclear glass batteries. Really interesting stuff).

I guess spewing the waste into the atmosphere all over the planet is better, makes the Sahara greener.

  3. I'm really loving the game, but it doesn't really tell an environmental friendly story. It shoves it's anti polution and nuclear power message down your throat.

  4. I loved the character creation, that kind of thing should be in all games, it is great, having your physic represented by your character.

The Light and Dark characters have been seen before, I'm sure that many of us remember Black and White, but the characters are pretty amusing which is well done.

You know, I feel that the narrator is actually the Cricket-like automaton that is speaking.

My favourite Biopower is the Freeze one so far, it's funny watching enemies falling over and sliding on the ice 😉

Yeah Mike, I knew that you would favour the Duck head for the mech. Personally, I prefer the Dragon 😉

  5. Here's some tips: If you want to keep your natural environmental resistance balanced(four x 6%, u can add 2 points for one of em for free, u can slide the resi of one element to 8% while the rest stays at 6%), u can change how ur critter looks later in old reactor zones… so play with them stats freely. That said I'm partial for mix including dexterity, because without it ur too slow and the world is too big xD Also, I know english va is great, but lemme tell ya something. Picking japanese voice over ur native or english is superb thing to do. Japanese Light and Narrator rocks!

  6. The game was ambitious and made by 20 people and a great number of us paid full price for modern warfare advanced.
Just saying you've probably wasted your money on worst thing (76 anthem etc)
