I see this everywhere in the game and a friend of mine and I were discussing it thinking that there may have been a disgruntled developer that was maybe putting a message in the game for us consumers. I feel like instead of ordering the video in terms of type (weapons, clothing, cyberware etc.) It should of been ordered by location. So I can grab everything in one part of the map before moving on to the next. Instead of grabbing a shirt in watson, then going to the badlands for a shirt, but later coming back to watson for pants etc.

Number one legendary is Panan
Idk if it's just me but some of mine are bugged. It shows as a legendary color (orange) but when I view the item on the right, it's either an epic or rare. What gives? And yes I've tried reloading multiple times
Theres a legendary black & gold beanie with a fixed spawn point during the gig 'Old friends' and also the same for a legendary 'purple symphony enhanced edgerunner jacket' but I cant remember the name of the gig.
I was able to re-roll them for maximum mod slots, so they were fixed spawn points.
