Overall, the debonair skins look kinda eh. Even with Syndicate, I was hoping both new artistic style would have better outfits/designs as well as effects. I feel like both failed in my opinion. Debonair's outfits look really basic but the worser part is the effects. It doesn't look elegant, it looks like the attacks are a bit toxic/mukky feeling to them. Also stop giving the same champ another legendary skin. Talking to you ZED.

not a fan of the direction riot is heading with the skins… you cant even tell the champion from their splash art, the only splash thats recognizable is dravens. when it comes to in game effects everything is decent and except zed which stands out but its a legendary so its kind of expected. with the recent releases with crystal rose, crime city, cafe cuties and debonair 2.0…
it feels like riot is slowly descending when it comes to making skins in terms of personality and uniqueness

ngl these skins are pretty disappointing. these looks less like debonair and more like a weird green poison new crime city. I was really excited for a new more polished debonair skin line, since it's one of the best skin lines that wasting away with how old it is.
they all kinda suck, especially the Zed skin. like they all need colors that don't make them all uniform because right now they look like an E-sport team skins.
the Zed legendary is simply overrated outside of its dance and base entry. in my opinion, a legendary LeBlanc or Draven would have been better. Draven more so from the cockiness of the legendary's character
