Ive started playing warband again and I'm sad that I haven't seen the glitch. Also glitch wise, generation zero has a glitch where you can have an automatic rocket launcher, insta killing one of the hardest enemies in the game.

I remember playing Harry Potter Half Blood Prince and there was glitch during a scene where Snape’s mouth seemed to unhinge, stretch 3x its size, and was solid black. Scared the crap out of me and my friend when it happened

GTA Online (2015)
Two players could use a door to launch a vehicle. I got a speed record of 1.5 MILLION MPH.
One player takes cover behind a door, another player inches their way into the door with a vehicle of choice (larger the better).
A collision glitch will bug the vehicle and send the vehicle flying down blocks, or to the ocean, depends on the vehicle. So fun until it was patched.
