This Is top of my list for ps5.
cutie
Can't wait till 2030 when the game will finally be released
I'm interested to see how the game's alt-history world approaches the history of Russian and Soviet STEM and the figures who were active in it. There are some recognizable names in the level design (Vavilov the biologist, Chelomey the rocket engineer, Pavlov – presumably – of the dog, Sechenov the physiologist), and it would be fun to imagine what sorts of cool and wacky things they and their successors could have accomplished in a world where they received greater resources and freedom.
On another level, it would be interesting if this game explored the socioeconomic and political-ideological implications of a workers' state that relies on robots, automated systems, and high technology.
I mean, conceptually sounds cool. The miniboss seems like a Typhoon from Prey, which, to be honest, I really enjoyed. Thanks for the infos.
Look at games from this region of the world in general… dont get your hopes up
I am so down for some Russian weirdness
i wonder when this is going to be released. I'm interested.
Nice video. Absolutely zero new information
Something sketchy is going on with the development so I'm not gonna get it day one. Idk I'm just really cautious and don't trust it but I really want it to be good
Its like someone threw Bioshock, FarCry, Wolfenstein, and Prey into a blender and got this. I'm excited.
I’m calling it the agent is also a robot
oof, you had me right up until QTE's. They're one of my least favorite gimmicks in games.
Artyom, would you kindly…
It looks pretty cool, and I'll definitely play it. But… I feel like I've played through this game at least three times already. There's some pretty cool and intriguing gameplay, narrative and aesthetic twists, but at the same time, it's not coming across as something that I haven't already experienced. I'm keen, but I'd like to see more. Right now it's clearly in the "Shock" mold with various elements borrowed from the exemplars of that genre. There's also very clear film references in the aesthetic. And of course, there's the very clear influence of Roadside Picnic, which gave rise to anything in literature and games which have a mysterious "zone" full of bizarre, incomprehensible and dangerous phenomena, e.g. Stalker (an adaptation of Picnic), Metro or the Southern Reach trilogy (partially adapted as Annihilation).
Atomic heart<, ps5 game! Zoey gives good review. This channel should change to PS5Gamer its so obviously biased
I'm getting Prey vibes…. 😊 Nice
Prey vibes.
This is all so fake – you know the final release (if it's actually a real game) is not going to be anywhere near this quality. Have we already forgotten Cyberpunk FFS??
The frame rate looked poor in the video
Great video Zoe! Has been on my Steam wish list forever – love the music, the humorous design and movement of the robot creatures, and the location artwork. The game has a troubled history, but new money from Tencent and others will hopefully be enough to push it across the line. Love the Donnie Darko water vibe 😁
8k video views on a channel with almost 700k subscribers.
I'm not trying to be rude but, do the team not try and reflect on what makes a video successful?
They seem to keep trying to push out the exact same content without trying to make improvements or changes or wondering why people subbed in the first place.
I originally subbed because of Aiofe's awesome editorial video about how sex is portrayed in video games and judging by the view count a lot of other people probably did too.
I wish there was more of that kind of content. I feel like the production quality of this channel has regressed a lot since I first subscribed. Both in terms of the visuals and the content of the videos.
All of the most popular videos from the past few months are ones that take a deep dive into games (Aiofe's Resi 8 theory, reviews, Easter egg videos) wouldn't it make sense to spend more time on those kind of videos?
Wait why is Zoe suddenly so thirsty? I don't get it
This looks ace. Great, fair discussion, and Zoe's t-shirt is fire!
