Just because most people don't seem to understand this champ. Even though we've been told his entire kit already. Here's a rundown as to why he won't be OP.
R: The obvious one. Super weak, as its description states that pretty much anything except terrain can block it. Just hide behind the tower and you're good. Or minions. Or another champ. Easier to block than Cait R. And a pretty long wind-up for max damage, so it's even harder for him to hit a good execute.
E: Well… idk why it needs the reset, but outside that not bad at all and fairly unique. I guess reset = useless if you're behind, and honestly most champs will probably curb stomp him. Not Cam hookshot, as he can't just enter/exit baron/drag pit or whatnot, it's a bit more limited and has no CC.
W: Stealth, not invis, as it gives him the vision indicator. No Viego or Akali tricks here. Trail is only for enemies who recently killed an ally. The indefinite part is yet to be seen as powerful or not, but Eve does that AND has CC for ganks. Passive revive portion is also honestly gonna be really bad, you'll end up with SUPER salty Akshan players when an ally steals their kill. And inting Akshans trying to revive their team by rushing into the 18/10 Yas (he hit his 0/10 powerspike already). I'd argue since it seems like he falls off late-game that this is actually most impactful by getting allies back to lane so they don't miss waves, or back to jungle to kill camps.
Q: Eh, just a worse Sivir Q honestly, as Sivir Q's can snipe pretty effectively. Probably better at pushing lane though, as it doesn't seem to lose damage per unit hit, and waves march in lines. Pretty short range for out of lane fighting though.
Passive: This is not Vayne passive, it deals physical damage not max% hp true damage, so good against squishies but trash against tanks who build any armor.
Overall, he has a very strong early game due to his proc+shield and good midgame thanks to roam potential, but will definitely fall off lategame, especially to assassins due to his ZERO CC kit. YES he could turn the tide endgame by killing the quadra-kill Vayne and bringing his entire team back, but honestly how often do you think that will happen? He probs gonna be the penta. I'm actually excited to kill him on repeat.

I suspect certain things will get removed over time, like the movement speed boost from cancelling second shot and the shield, but I hope his abilities all remain the same, I think his kit is really fun and fascinating and I think he's going to be an amazing addition to the game! I knows he's meant to go mid but I'm gonna be trying out Akshan ADC ❤️ Ty riot for this amazing champ design!

they cant keep that in game, with how important objectives are you literally just teamfight, everyone is revived, you go nash, you end. totally broken. idk how they thought that was a good idea, you should be able to choose one teammate or something but thats too broken. 5v5 fights mean nothing anymore.
