  1. You can take your allies with you, without them doing anything against it. This Feels like a perfect troll. Imagine you are going for penta and Tahm Kench just decides you Are going to spawn or their fountain

  2. Im seeing everybody being excited about this rework and i can't believe it. And does any TK main actually like this rework??? It's almost similar to what they did to aatrox, just completely abandoned his og playstyle and his ultimate now feels so dammn underwhelming, yeah you can pick up enemys with your tongue, but you still have to be close to stack up your passive. I hate it when riot decides to rework a champion and abandons their playstyle its just not how it should be done.

  3. They wanted to push Tahm Kench more in the support spotlight. Thats why they gave him an ingage tool and a shield on allies who he devours. But Riot decided it was an amazing idea to put the only support ability he has on an absurdly high cooldown and level 6 barrier. Because appearantly Tahm kench does not need to be a support before level 6.

  4. Kinda hope they add a lower cooldown on ult if you didn't teleport with your ally/when eating allies

    Now it is gonna feel wasted to eat an ally for the sake of dodging some skillshots cause the cooldown is so insanely long

  5. Some huge things I noticed
    Devour only self-slows by 40 percent now
    His AP ratio's are pretty impressive (100 percent on W damage and a 100 percent AP shield on an ally with R)
    E can't regenerate in combat
    I really hope this makes him better in solo queue, but I think he's weaker top because the passive on-hit nerf is pretty big

  6. one thing you missed, is that the E regen is now on a timer, the same as Mobility boots, so you need to not be hit for far longer to recieve the regeneration from Shick Skin than on live, but the heal is much stronger because of that.
    and the new shield that applies on his R now is actually huge as he can get rid of effects like Kayn R, ignite, DoTs, zilean Bomb, and other delayed damage effects that would normally kill an ally.

    and tho you showed the tooltip, ya didn't mention that the W dive goes from a 10 second to a 3.5 second cooldown if an anemy is hit

    thanks for this video, i will be rewatching for the quick comparisons several hundred times this week and show my friends who i know do not care.
    i have been checking how they changed my main on PBE for nearly 3 hours now >.>

  7. I think that takes out a lot of his personality. A fun trait from tahm was always his ability to eat and eat and eat minions or allies or whatever. I think the ult would have been just fine if they have just added the knock up. Also if the way they wanted to take is more of like "the king of the river moving around" then why not let him snap an enemy champion and also teleport with him. This way we could kidnap enemies or just deposition them for team fights
