  1. Considering how long the episodes are and how the story resolved, it honestly felt like a full 2 hour movie. I imagine these 3 parts will feel like a movie trilogy.

My main hope when you’re watching these is that you watch it on its own merits rather than try to figure out how it relates to the game and game characters. It’s such a beautifully written tragedy, and I would hate for the story to be overshadowed by its relationship to the game.

  2. The 3 a week has been around for a while really just not done with every show I think its on shows they want to build some hype around. But it has been around for over a year I think

  3. I actually really love the new method of releasing episodes. Rather than cut it up into weekly episodes, they cut it up far more naturally into Acts. You get access to a good narrative arc to complete, but you also get the social engagement of staggered releases.

Feels like a fantastic balance to me.

  4. I’ve played league for 7 years now, and this sort of feels like a culmination of all that. The excitement and anxiousness I had watching it was genuine, it’s hard to describe. It’s just like being a big fan of any other franchise, but it’s this different feeling when all it’s ever been was on your computer screen, just a game you played. Now it’s all being brought to life. Being a league fan it’s so so good to see the enjoyment people have gotten from it when they’ve never touched the game.

  5. This might be the greatest show I've ever seen. It blew my mind. Edit: I have to take that back………I have seen some anime that classifies a similar level level. Berserk, Ninja Scroll, Avatar: The last Airbender, Ghost in the Shell. (not the live version)

I guess I also have to throw in Legend and The Princess Bride, Firefly……………..

Regardless, being in this realm is beyond high praise. This is something that I will gladly advise people to watch for most likely the rest of my life.

  6. Its because Netflix had no hand in making it. Riot and Fortishe made it, and designed it around 3 episode acts. So they made Netflix to agree to that style of upload.
Singed was Silco's scientist partner making the purple serum. (Silco is wierd eyeball man) This is Singed before he got…. well, singed by fire. No burn scars yet.
