I honestly am excited for the Venti banner for the reason that it will likely be accompanied by Sucrose, Rossaria, and someone else – and I need Sucrose, Rossaria, and Venti. Even though ive F2P won 4/4 50/50 wishes on the events ive ran for, No matter what happens I will come out really well.
They "nerfed" Rosaria. In the patch notes, there's a line about the adjustment of her design sadge
Compare the 1.4 Event shop bow and it’s +36% ATK for 6s at Refine 5 to something like the Widsith Catalyst which offers WAYYYY Higher bonuses at even just Refine 1… That bow is not good
Most people cant get respite from summoning because many dont have venti. Many people dont have childe as well but than again many dont want him so yeah

Why do you assume that an F2P player does have Venti and Tartaglia? Why do you assume an f2p player is chasing after new characters, when even whales cannot raise all their characters??? If an F2P has these characters, they probably want more constellations on them. And if not, they may want these, especially Venti, since he is the best CC character inthe game.
