  1. Resin refreshing is always not worth it, UNLESS you’re rich enough to max out every single character and weapon. Anything less than that you are wasting primogems you could’ve used to roll and get characters/refinements/constellations which you WILL never get with an extra 60 resin a day. Resin only gets you faster progression, which you could’ve gotten just waiting for it to recharge. So unless you are a content creator or an oil prince, or a trust fund kid, then you really have no business using resin refreshes

  2. Me who upgrades every character because I want to: Nervous Sweating
TBH even though what I am doing is not at all recommended, I have made huge progress on all my characters and while I was behind at one point compared to people focusing on a main team, I'm pretty solid now.

  3. 5:07 wait, blackcliff aint that bad. If the character in the shop isnt someone u want, then check out the weapons.

Blackcliff has crit dmg for secondary stats which is pretty good for ur main dps. So far there arent any 4* weapon with crit dmg, so being able to buy blackcliff is really great. Having blackcliff means u can equip crit rate circlet to ur characters without having to worry about low crit dmg and u can have other characters inherit ur enhanced weapon. But then again, u dont have to buy the weapon if u r satisfied with ur current weapon.

Just remember, weapons in the shop isnt in the banners, it only comes every other month, so if u feel like spending ur starglitter, think about it carefully.

  4. It's also generally not worth it to level your artifacts from 16 -> 20 as it costs as much from levelling from 0 -> 16. You are better off levelling your support artifacts a bit first, then level the rest of your main artifacts. It's the same premise of not levelling from 80 -> 90 due to diminishing returns like he says in the video.

  5. I don't see anyone mentioning the 4 stars that were introduce with the 5 stars get added into the standard banner so it isn't useless to wait to use your standard wishes if you do not desire the current pool of options.

  6. Hmm why does literally every Genshin creator I've watched say "once you're ar45 , you're guaranteed a 5* from artifacts domain". This is wrong and misleading. The correct saying is "once you're ar45, you can attempt level 90 artifact domains that guarantees you a 5* drop per run". As a once newbie I expect once i hit ar45 i can do the lowest level artifact domain AND still guaranteed to get a 5* artifact per run. Which is not the case.

  7. i dont think resin refreshes are worth it if youre completely f2p, ESPECIALLY with the 1.3 update that will give you a maximum of 5 fragile resins per bp period. bp alone gives quite a bit of rewards that do add up quite nicely with time. and for me, saving for a unit i will enjoy playing is much more worth it than raising characters i dont enjoy as much. another thing is, events are starting to be more and more frequent, and event rewards oftentimes do give rewards such as talent materials, exp books, mora, and even weapon materials at times. these are very much enough as long as you know who you need to invest into. the only thing you have left is artifacts, which honestly even with refills can be quite a big gamble. you can do a domain 10 times and only get defense and hp stats, so its not what id call guaranteed progress, and i find it not worth it for f2p and low spenders. on the other hand, getting new characters and weapons (weapons especially, since a character without a good weapon is wasted potential, and so far we have had more chances to get free characters rather than weapons + the rarity of prototype drops) is very important. i guess maybe once you have two teams of good characters you can see yourself sticking with (for abyss and other content) you can focus on refreshing if you want to raise them faster. but in my case id still save my primos just in case a new character comes out and they seem fun and interesting to me. after all i care more about enjoying the gameplay than making my teams op and what not.
