With the most recent major patch has come many new characters and dialogue options including this one with a Ghaik, otherwise know as Mindflayer, wizard named Omeluum who is working with Blurg and the Society of Brilliance. Our Grinch themed Githyanki and he get along surprisingly well. This ghaik is unique and explains to us how he maintains a life independent of the ghaik hivemind – the Elder Brain. He then probes our mind and devises a possible cure to the tampering with our mindflayer tadpole. Stumbling over this as I casually explored the new patch made me giddy with excitement for what else there might be! Enjoy bug hunting adventurerers!

Baldur’s Gate III is an upcoming role-playing video game that is being developed and published by Larian Studios. It is the third main game in the Baldur’s Gate series, itself based on the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop role-playing system. A partial version of the game was released in early access format for Microsoft Windows, the Stadia streaming service, and MacOS on 6 October 2020. The game will remain in early access for at least one year before the completed version is released.
