  17. Tricky was a normal clown until Hank(One of the main protagonists) impaled him with a street sign through the chest. That's why he is a green boi now. As for his entrance to the level…that's a reference to when his weird powers started up. He used the sign to bust out the ground and then proceeded to kill Hank with it.
