If you teleport to the same spot after you get the wood there, the wood respawns so it’s easier
It respawns after you cut 10-15 trees
It tells you in the tutorial part of the archive
And for those who don't know, wood resets after collecting from 10 trees

Wood respawns every minute, actually. Nothing stops you from running around and collecting the same trees over and over.

For Bamboo: the outskirts of Liyue harbor
For Cedar wood: Mondstat, Whispering Woods
For Birch and Cihua: starfell lake

Another tip for bamboo: there is actually a bamboo forest like right next to the teleporter to the southwest of Qingce. Use claymore charged attack for really quick bamboo
Wood respawns or grows really fast.
I always call them Chihuahua wood
Fyi: Birch wood and cihua wood are both near the statue of the seven in windwail highland

Mouga the pine is easy to get near the monstat teleprt waypoint and tree woods resetafter cutting 10 or so trees
the wood reappears after 10 trees are collected then the 1st one is replenished with wood
