Actual Health Benefits Of Video Games #shorts

I’ve been a big gamer my entire life, and while too much gaming and gaming addiction are very real problems, many studies show that playing video games actually has several health benefits, as long as you don’t overdo it. Turns out playing Fortnite, Minecraft, or even classic RPG’s can benefit your social life and even your grades!

  1. I got into gaming only in my early 30s (40 years old now) and I can confirm – they actually improved my reaction time. Still nowhere near ye kids born with a gamepad in your hands, but I'm definitely better at shooters than I was when I started. And it paid off when I got back to driving lessons! I think the reason games get their bad reputation is because many people play games at night instead of getting their beauty sleep (guilty! hardly my fault I need a full time job :D). BTW wasn't there a study a couple years back about the elderly with Alzheimer's improving over playing puzzle games and using Internet?
