  2. Which weapon is better in the current 1.5 floor 11: Skyward Pride or Snow-Tombed?

    I don't have Snow-Tombed leveled up so I can't do the testing myself. In the current floor 11, Skyward is heavily nerfed, because first off the ER stat just fills the burst that you can't use as often, so most of the time i'm just sitting at 100% energy but waiting for the cooldown, and the second problem is that Skyward's effect only triggers when you burst, so bursting less often means losing on that effect.

    Snow-Tombed on the other hand buffs the basic attacks, so it suffers no downtime at all on floor 11. Also, most enemies on floor 11 are vulnerable to physical dmg, exploiting this weakness with a Snow-Tombed seems like a very good idea.

  15. 4pc Pale Flame is technically BiS for Razor, HOWEVER it is very hard to use because you *have* to use his elemental skill on cd. When you also factor in the time it takes for the skill to actually hit the enemy so the bonus activates, it is a very tight window of opportunity. Yes you can E > Q > E but this won't be possible all the time. Thats something you touched on but made it seem like it was extremely easy all the time which its not. You need to have 4pc bonus active at 2 stacks at all time otherwise it is weaker than its alternatives. If you aren't keeping the 2 stacks up, 4pc Gladiator is stronger.

I wish the devs would increase the time limit for the stacks from 6 to 8 or even 10 seconds simply as a quality of life improvement, I mean from the 32 chars that we currently have only 7 can use it – Jean (6 secs CD), Keqing (7,5 secs CD – 1,5 secs downtime but instant two stacks), Zhongli (4 secs CD and his pillar pulses so it can acivate the 4-piece even faster), Fischl (time her skill and burst at least a bit and you can have a pretty much 100% uptime), Kaeya (6 secs CD), Xiangling (Guoba can proc it relatively easy but his aim isn't always the best, so there could be some downtime) and of course our boy Razor.

    Btw Eula apparently has a 5 sec CD on her elemental skill. With all that said I don't want to sound like I'm dissappoited in the set but I can't think of any reason why they had to make the window in which you have to hit an enemy with your skill 1 second.

  20. why not Chongyun as support? is not worth to boost razor burst with more atk speed from chongyun? i try and when i can place chong skill and stay it with razor my damage is skyrocket

  26. Razor has been my main dps for the longest time and he's my favorite character to use, I remember I was so happy when I got him back in October. I never used another electro character with him, I got energy particles very fast so his burst was never an issue to me. I always paired him with my Xingqiu and Venti and they could easily destroy enemies and when I added Bennett to the team back when update 1.2 dropped, oh boy! They were monsters together hahaha. Now my boy Razor is on vacations resting since I've already max his friendship out but now and then I bring him to the battlefield when my other characters are having some sort of troubles, he feels like a hero to my team 💜

  27. Can't see why Xinyan wouldn't be a better suport for Razor than Xingqiu since she not only increases shilded characters phisical damage but also decreases phisical resistence of enemis hit by her E when she is C4.

  29. I've been a Razor main since the start.
    2-pc Pale Flame + 2-pc Bloodstained: Physical DMG +50% (Continuous)
    4-pc Pale Flame with 2 stacks: Physical DMG +50% + ATK +18% (Have to use E twice and only lasts 7 secs)
    4-pc Gladiator: Normal Attack DMG +35% + ATK +18% (53% total Continuous)

    It's pretty obvious that 4-pc Gladiator is still better than half Pale Flame and half Bloodstained. This is because you get 35+18=53% increase vs 50%. Gladiator is better also because it doesn't just raise Razor's Physical DMG but also ATK in general. Why is this important? When you use Razor's Q, you get Elemental DMG + Physical DMG. Both get boosted. The Normal ATK refers to any character's left-click. Since Razor's left-click by default is Physical DMG only (white damage), people ignore this. An increase in ATK% or Normal ATK% is always better since it already includes Physical DMG% AND Elemental DMG%. That 18% will boost the Electro DMG each time you left click after a burst.

    As for 4-pc Pale Flame, it can surpass 4-pc Gladiator but it requires 2 stacks with E and only lasts 7 seconds. To be able to use E repeatedly, you would require a LOT of energy recharge. To top it off, Razor's E also has a cooldown of 6 seconds. You can't get cooldown reduction from artifacts, so good luck with that. If you are lucky to get substats for energy recharge without losing substats in other stuff (Crit Rate + Crit DMG), by all means, try 4-pc Pale Flame.

    Overall, I'm keeping 4-pc Gladiator because I have a constant 53% + ATK. Every video showcasing dmg won't matter because everyone's artifacts have different substats. People can have better substats in Pale Flame vs Glaidator. You have to compare base stats to compare correctly without any other factors.

    As for Razor mains reading this, keep at it! A max potential Razor can reach up to 30-50k DMG per hit with the best substats, max constellations, R5 gravestone and talents. He may not be doing 200k dmg like Ganyu, but he can stack up damage real quick, can dodge, and chimes well with other chars.

    Razor, Kaeya, Qiqi, Zhongli
    Before I ult with Razor I like to use Qiqi’s skill since it’s longer than Kaeya’s ult. I use Kaeya’s ult when I’m not using Razor’s ult. Although I will say that if I ever got Ficshl I would use her in place of Kaeya for that energy. Oh and Zhongli is Zhongli.

  40. Here for the new Razor build and I am really happy that the artifacts that are best for Razor is Pale Flame because I have Zhongli as well so I can farm tenacity and pale flame together! POGU

  45. Razor was my main dps until I got ganyu but I still use him all the time. It was preordained, I got a wolf's gravestone one week before I got razor. And now I'm 75 wishes in this banner, hoping for a zhongli to boost my dps
