Man alex is super dramatic about the pc xbox platform. I'm not claiming it's good, but it certainly hasn't kept me from playing any of the game pass games on PC.

Here is the cold hard truth that nobody wants to hear about how video game developers keep getting screwed over: they are a dime a dozen. There is a nigh infinite supply of people who say "My dream is to make video games!" You want to complain about crunch, OK, you're fired. There are ten people outside standing in the rain waiting for the privilege of getting a paycheck to do what they "love". Until some people learn that making video games is actually a REALLY shitty job and start becoming programmers at standard tech companies instead (there is a shortage of programmers that is why Google and Facebook etc… pay about $120k per person) this will continue. It is cold unfeeling economics of supply and demand; the supply of video game developers exceeds the demand by a couple of orders of magnitude so they have very little value. It is like why amethysts used to be expensive, they used to be rare, then one day someone discovered a couple of caves with just TONS of amethysts everywhere and now they aren't even considered precious gems anymore and you can buy them in gift shops just about anywhere. Computer programmers willing to work for Amazon working on a retail website are like diamonds and are paid as such, video game developers are amethysts: so abundant as to be virtually worthless.

Personally I disagree with you guys on the Microsoft gamepass UI on windows being "unusable".. Not sure if you're using the "new" one, but it is a LOT better than the last one. It's still not on par with Steam, but man is the new one (beta version?) WAY better than it used to be.. You can find games, and see what's installed, and play it right away… it's really not that hard to use at all in my opinion.

As a fifa player who’s not spent a penny on this shit game, EA tries to scam us players every fking time when they are about to release new promos. For example, before the team of the season promo, they released a “icon attacker sbc” which costs five or six hundred thousand coins (the equivalent price of one cristiano Ronaldo and two messis). For some reason people love to do these sbcs and some people spend all their coins on those just to get some shit icons that aren’t even usable in the game (even R9 isnt good enough to use because of his dribbling stats). So after people spent all their coins, here comes the team of the season promo, and if you spent all your coins on that icon sbc, the only option for you to get a tots play is to spend real money opening packs. A pack that costs 10 cad will get sold out in hours. Fuck EA, Fuck fifa, and I just hope Konami can pull out a decent pes next year

I play fifa the old ones like 10 to 14 used on 360. And fifa 20 on ea play which I get on my xbox game pass but I don't buy any packs I only play local with my dad
