The reyfield caliburn is never there for me,no matter what I do.
If you can't get the garage to open up, turn around there should be some cops in that lot. Kill them off and more cops should spawn in and 1 of them comes out of that garage run in there, grab the bike and bolt out. You may die a couple of times trying it but its doable.
The highway man mission is a 2 part mission the second part is when you can get the bile but the first part doesn't show up for me I used a youtube video but once I did second
part it shows up
To star the highway man mission you need to read a message on a computer in a garage near where you get the divided we stand and then you get a photo then you go to the guy on the bench that's how you start the quest
You forgot the Beast and Quadra Type-66 Cthulhu that you can get for free.
CORRECTIONS FROM VIDEO: The highwayman won't automatically be in your quest log, it is a hidden quest that is triggered by going to a garage near bye and looking at a terminal, you can look up vids on it. Apparently with the Colby you have to get it before doing most of the badlands missions otherwise it despawns. Also you can kill Grayson and get the key to the Porsche, however the crate won't be marked as part of the quest like it will be if you spare him. This isn't a correction, but I am surprised you included a car like the Colby that isn't actually great for speed handling or looks, and yet left out cars like the quadratic turbo r v-tech and quadra type-66 Cthulhu which are also free
