There seems to be a total of 16 locations for each equipment, only 4 of which will show up each time you do the heist. The supply truck has a different location each time as well.

Thanks for the locations! Also Im having a problem where my friend and I quick restart the heist and then when we spawn it says "ceo left" even though we didn't leave. Is there some kind of fix?
