Finally, a Mario’s Madness song that is uploaded officially on our own accord and not because of leaks! Yeah, in case you didn’t know I work on Mario’s Madness now, and was given the honor of remaking “Alone” from v1. As you can tell, the song sounds quite different from it’s v1 counterpart, this is due to how many thought the song was slow, and/or boring. I thought it could use some spicing up, so I am proud to present to you one of the many songs I made for this amazing mod!

I've been looking for this song since the leak of it
Personally, I don't like this as much as v1. This version feels way too…loud, I suppose. V1 was somber and calm, it felt depressing. I'm just not getting those same vibes with this

I think the original is a bit more fitting for the character with it sounding more slow and sad but this version is also amazing while still fitting the character. Also the Luigi's Mansion theme at the end was amazing
While the original is cinematic, this is much more sinister, in line with the supposed "Original ending"

This is a hundred times better than the original even if it lacks the sad and somber tone it makes up for it with its constant mysterious and scary vibe this is what I expect a Luigis Manison song to sound like.
I personally prefer V1
Don't get me wrong, this is good. I just prefer the first one.
I hope they have both versions and don't just remove V1 entirely
Omg it's so good now! V1 to me felt a lot more like a concept with how it was sorta repetitive at times and I thought it was missing some sort of flair. This version adds a lot more atmosphere to the instrumental, much more variety, and a much more spooky feel to the vocals. Overall great work
I am so happy Alone is getting such a great remaster! I really appreciate how you made the song faster, but not too fast. Still fitting Beta Luigis somber nature.
