What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for Youtube, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.

This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

  1. Use a lot less stone to raise a wall if you aim at the side of an already raised wall..1 hit and the next piece is the same height.

Using that trick instead of building a moat, i made my own small island..

  2. They wont swim out to attack your Dock…but if it's the only option; they will attack your boat! Lost my first raft that way and my second Karve lol The water in the moat seems to be a "water table" type mechanic. Closer to the water means you can't dig as deep but I've been 12 layers down near a mountain and still no water before hitting bedrock. I'm working on digging a canal and the water fill makes it a Pain cause ya can't dig deep enough for the Long ship to not beach itself with the water making you float =( but it's a WIP so fun times. Great vid again Kage. Keep em comin

  3. Similar to you – we built a wall right round, put a moat around that (but left a gap between wall and moat about 2 floorboards wide), then put wooden spikes right round the inside edge of the moat. First time trolls tried to invade they found they couldn't get in, so smashed up our cart and left !! They didn't stay long enough for us to have half a chance of killing them 🙂

  4. The forest moves: usually Dwarves
The ground is shaking: usually Trolls
A foul smell from the swamp: usually Drauger/Skeletons
In the little mini map in the corner you’ll see a red circle, stay within that circle when you’re fighting them or it doesn’t count and they’ll keep coming back.

  5. When placing the floors near your walls you could rotate the floor to match the walls in angle, then use smaller 1×1 floors to fill in any gaps and the floor will just turn with the wall cleanly

  6. if you want a hint for useing less matyerials hit a sheir edge on a wall with your pick and as it goes down it will also fill in any space next to that space in the way your pointing.

  7. When you build a moat like you did here, build it on an open hill surrounding another walled off hill. You want enemies running up hill, getting trapped and then you pelt them with arrows with the height advantage you have
