Hey man, grinded coffee and baking soda really help with smoke. I did that to a ps2 console, controllers etc. also rubbing alcohol really neutralizes smells. Maybe get a large bag, put the dreamcast and the boxed sega and put some baking soda with them. Leave them for 2–3 days and check the results
I have this little concoction that I make it is the Mr. Clean febreeze cleaner it's colored but see through, cleaning vinegar you can get a nice sized jug from the dollar store and fabric softener I'll mix that together and cut it with water depending on how weak or strong I want it. I'll spray it on whatever I'm comfortable getting wet the dollar store has spray bottles also. I've sprayed paper towel let it dry and use that as my dryer sheets to get smells out and I've also poured some into a pack of baby wipes and use them to have an on the go cleaning wipe. If you're going to do that put the baby wipes out of easy reach so that someone doesn't accidentally use it on themself. I treat it like any other cleaning product.
Did they smell like number one or number two?. Or both?.
I have a silver Gameboy Pocket. Scored in a trade.
